1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.2 Account Security Obligations

cx999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified cx999 of a security breach prior to the activity taking place.

3.3 Account Verification and KYC

cx999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. All accounts are subject to verification before withdrawal processing is enabled. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or alternative government-issued identification. cx999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

cx999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, cheating, collusion, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or causes harm to cx999 or other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the listed activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person, household, or IP address;
• Identity fraud: Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players;
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately made to cx999;
• Money laundering: Using cx999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to place bets or interact with cx999 games without explicit written permission from cx999;
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to cx999's systems, reverse-engineer its software, or interfere with its operation in any way;
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game where player-versus-player interaction occurs.

7.2 Fraud Investigation and Account Holds

cx999 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, cx999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals and/or account access while an investigation is conducted. cx999 will aim to complete all fraud investigations within 14 business days. Players whose accounts are placed under investigation will be notified by email and may be asked to provide additional documentation to assist the review. cx999's decision following a fraud investigation is final.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Both cx999 and the player have the right to close an account. The circumstances under which each party may initiate closure, and the consequences of closure, are set out below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your cx999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@cx999.bet. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within two business days. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed. Your account history will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing — please indicate this when contacting support so that your account can be flagged as a self-exclusion closure. 8.2 cx999-Initiated Suspension or Closure

cx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Use of automated systems or bots on the platform;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards cx999 staff or other players;
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormant account fee is applied.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where cx999 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, cx999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, cx999 may forfeit all or part of the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. cx999 will provide written notification of any forfeiture decision to the player's registered email address. Players who disagree with a forfeiture decision may lodge a formal dispute by responding to the notification email within 30 days of receipt.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cx999, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting cx999 customer support in writing at support@cx999.bet. cx999 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five business days and aim to provide a full response within 28 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through cx999's internal process, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
